Roquette Pesto

Roquette Pesto

(2 servings)

150g roquette / arugula

4 Tbsp walnuts or pecans

4-5 Tbsp olive oil

½ lemon, juiced

1 tsp honey

salt, to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Mix with Tagliatelle pasta and 10 grape tomatoes, or simple serve pesto as an accompaniment to meat.
